Does DiscoverWare run on over a network?
Yes. DiscoverWare titles are designed for use on a Local Area Network or Web server.
How much space do I need on the network server?
40 MB of space for each DiscoverWare 2003 title (e.g. Discover Word 2003 Proficient)
60 MB of space for each DiscoverWare 2007 title (e.g. Discover Word 2007)
What operating system do I need?
Any windows platform; Windows 9x, NT4, 2000, XP or Vista
What browser is recommended for the web server version?
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher is supported. A number of other browsers like Firefox and AOL work well but are not supported.
Do I need a plug in?
Yes. Adobe Flash Player® version 5.0 or higher (this is available as a free download from the Adobe site). A link is available from the DiscoverWare titles.
Is client server architecture an issue?
No. DiscoverWare files are copied to the server folder not installed.
How do I install DiscoverWare on my Network server?
1. Download the titles purchased from the DiscoverWare Download Centre.
2. Copy all the files and folders to the desired folder on your server. Be sure to maintain the same file structure.
3. To access DiscoverWare Network, point your browser to the license.htm file in the root folder where you copied the files. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Is DiscoverWare SCORM compliant?
Yes. DiscoverWare is SCORM compliant.
Can DiscoverWare integrate with a non SCORM compliant LMS.
Yes. DiscoverWare has been successfully integrated into non SCORM compliant LMSs.
